1. Depending on the scope of your project, installation will take between 1 and 4 hours.

2. The integrated appliances must be in place when our staff arrives to install the counters.

3. We install your stone on top of the cabinets, paying careful attention to level and joint details. The sink is to be installed by the plumber; we insert anchors into the bottom of the stone and supply the corresponding #32 machine screws. Our staff will install the sink, for a charge, if the plumber is uncomfortable doing so.

4. You should allow your stone surfaces to set for 24 hours before use. Any work performed in close proximity to your stone surfaces within this time could cause the pieces to shift.

5. All surfaces are sealed prior to installation. You may choose to purchase a bottle of sealer at our showroom, and re-seal your stone every 8-12 months.

6. For best results, clean your stone surfaces with warm water and mild dish soap. Avoid acids, harsh liquids, grease, oil, etc. These products can stain, fade, or etch your stone. For more detailed stone care information, please see our stone care page.
